Events
Habitat for Humanity-NCR participates in various external events throughout
the year. You can find us at home and trade shows, as well as holding
many fundraisers in the National Capital Region. Recent success in raising
money and awareness has been achieved through golf tournaments, barbecues,
and special dinners, in conjunction with our generous Corporate
Sponsors.
Orientations, workshops, and information sessions are internal events
that help us to recruit Volunteers, request donations, and promote Habitat
projects and builds.
If you would like to attend an orientation session about volunteering at Trade Shows (required) please contact the Volunteer Coordinator.

Administration
Volunteer opportunities also exist on the administrative side of Habitat
for Humanity-NCR. With a small staff, we believe that many hands make
light work - extra help is always welcome in our office! We are looking
for Volunteers with some knowledge of Habitat who are willing to commit
to a minimum of one 4-hour period per week.
If you have time and energy to contribute, please do not hesitate to complete
our volunteer application.
